As a certified holistic wellness coach, my goal is to help you tap into the power of your mind, body, and spirit to find true healing. Through relationship healing, nervous system regulation, mindset healing, and spiritual growth, I believe that you can unlock a deep sense of self-love, freedom, and peace.
Having recently come out of a long-term relationship, I understand the feeling of being lost, insecure, heartbroken, and unsure about how to move forward.
I spent more than nine years building and shaping my identity around my relationship. Unknowingly, I had neglected my relationship with myself. When the relationship ended, that identity also ceased to exist. However, that ending marked the beginning of a new identity, a new life, a new future, and a new relationship with myself.
I realized that to move towards a brighter future, I had to let go. I needed to release all the things that were holding me back from becoming my true self. I had to let go of my attachments to people, my inner critic, coping mechanisms, limiting beliefs, and anything else that was keeping me from aligning with my power, purpose, and truest self.
Throughout my journey, I have embraced grief and used it as a catalyst for growth. I have taken advantage of this period to establish a deeper connection with myself, to acknowledge and comprehend how past traumas have affected my present, to relinquish those aspects of myself that are no longer useful, and to be the source of my own love, comfort, peace, and happiness, rather than looking for them from external sources.
