The need to control what is unfolding before you creates constant mind chatter, emotional turmoil, and extreme highs and lows within your internal world.
Your personal self and nervous system have been shaped by the experiences you've accumulated throughout your life, leaving you not to feel okay inside. As a result, your mind has formed a set of beliefs and ideas about what experiences are "good" and "safe" for you. It then uses all its power to create situations and experiences that match your stored patterns, all in an attempt to make you feel better.
You start chasing certain experiences, such as new relationships, new cities, new jobs, or new homes, and avoiding other experiences, such as breakups or divorce, loss, anxiety, or any other experience your personal self considers uncomfortable.
In truth, you have given your power away by letting the experiences of your past that you couldn't handle, and therefore the thoughts and emotions that came with those experiences, take the driver's seat and shape the state of your nervous system and personal self.
As a result, you unconsciously project your sense of self onto objective things that are not your self, and you spend your entire life distracting yourself from yourself through external sources.
However, during this three-day masterclass, you will learn that all your problems are internal, meaning they can only be solved inside.

LAYING THE FOUNDATION:
Spiritually
To surrender is to understand and know who you are and your relationship to your thoughts, emotions, and the world around you. You are the one who is there, aware of every single thing happening in your internal and external world. The problem is that you don’t experience life from that seat of awareness; rather, you become lost in your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. The path of surrender can only begin once we step back into the seat of awareness.
LAYING THE FOUNDATION: Scientifically
The thoughts, emotions, and feelings your consciousness is aware of reflect the state that your nervous system is in. The role of the nervous system is to protect you from potential threats based on past experiences, but it does not know the difference between past and present, often leaving you to unconsciously relive the discomfort of the past in the present. Therefore, it is by taking control of your nervous system that you can take control of your relationships, your emotions, and your life.
LETTING GO OF THE SELF: FUSING SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY
Blending spirituality with science creates the perfect recipe for surrender. By working at both the level of your awareness and your nervous system, you can shift away from the habits, thought patterns, and cycles that perpetuate dysregulation and create new neural pathways that allow you to let go of the old, conditioned self and step into a place of true surrender. When I first started working with Audrey, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I spent most of my late 20s going through a difficult breakup which left me feeling depressed, unworthy and overall lost in life. I identified with this sad girl persona and thought this is just who I am but, after working with Audrey for only 2 months, my perspective and outlook has completely changed. My life has always been a struggle until about 2 years ago when I started my self-love journey. I met Audrey through TikTok and really vibed with the energy she had and resonated with the knowledge she would share. During that time I was dealing with a lot, my daughter's father took her full-time, I had ended my 3-year relationship and engagement with my current partner, COVID happened, and I was struggling with severe codependency and depression, Despite me struggling with all of that, Audrey's words always seemed to the reminders that I needed.
In these months, I have seen so many changes within myself that I didn't see before. My boundaries, my love for myself is stronger than ever, I have a different perspective on life and I live life with even ore gratitude and grace than before. Audrey has been such a blessing to my life and she has shared so much of her light with me and I am grateful that our paths crossed.
