You will learn the truth of who you are and who is the one letting go. Through cultivating awareness of the truth of who you are, you can learn to let go of the part of you that is holding onto any thoughts, emotions, people, or behaviors that are no longer serving you. You will learn where your thoughts and emotions originate from and why they disrupt your peace in the ways that they do. You will learn about your nervous system, how to regulate it, and how to gently and compassionately reparent your inner child. The course has eight lessons on proven healing techniques, introspective journal prompts, exercises, and resources in every segment, as well as eight guided meditations to help you turn inward and release the parts of you that are holding you back from the peace, joy, and love you seek.

The course is entirely self-paced, so the course can be completed in as little as two weeks. However, I encourage you to take the time to slowly complete the course, as each lesson has carefully curated assignments to help you cultivate a more profound awareness of the parts holding you back from the peace you seek. I encourage you to listen to only one to two lessons per day so it does not overwhelm your nervous system. Please remember that your journey does not end when you complete the course, as the course provides essential tools and techniques to continue implementing in your everyday life to help you continuously evolve into the happiest and most liberated person you’re meant to be.

The purpose of this course is to help you become more aware of the patterns in your mind, nervous system, and heart. It will provide you with tools and techniques to acknowledge your stored patterns that prevent you from the safety, joy, love, and peace you seek and guide you to release these patterns through new habits, thought processes, and behaviors. You can expect to feel more connected to your authentic self, more grounded in the present moment, more self-aware of your internal world, more willing to lean into the discomforts of life, and more regulated in mind, body, and soul.

This course is intended for individuals who are prepared and eager to break free from the barriers they have created for themselves, in body, mind, and soul. The course is designed for those who are ready to dedicate time to listen to/watch each lesson, complete the carefully curated assignments for each lesson, and start implementing the tools and techniques learned, while keeping in mind that letting go of the personal self takes time when it has been held onto for so long.
